Booking and cancellation


"Room" and "apartment" rates displayed are per room, per apartment and per day, for direct bookings at the hotel, reception desk, by telephone, and via the hotel's official website or application.
The price of the breakfast is per person and per day.
VAT is included in the prices.
Tourist tax will be billed in addition at the applicable rate.
Additional services (telephone, shop, car park, etc.) will be billed at the applicable rate.


Each booking must be confirmed by the hotel and guaranteed by payment card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
We reserve the right to request a pre-authorisation from the payment card provider, or to debit the total amount of your stay at the time of booking.

Reception is open from 7 am to 10 pm. Please specify your time of arrival at the time of booking. Consult us in the event of a very late arrival, after 10 pm.
We will be attentive to any specific requests made at the time of booking, such as a room on the 1st floor (the hotel is not equipped with a lift), baby bed, bicycle parking, gluten-free products for breakfast, etc.

Providing complete information at the time of booking will help us make your stay a more pleasant experience.

Modifications, cancellations or no-shows for individual bookings (less than 5 rooms)

All bookings of less than 5 rooms will be viewed as individual bookings.
Modifications to individual bookings will be made at no additional cost, subject, of course, to availability and according to applicable rates.
Individual bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 96h (Midnight) hours prior to the date of arrival.
Beyond this deadline, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the payment card.
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be debited from the payment card.

Modifications, cancellations or no-shows for group bookings (5 rooms or more)

All bookings for five rooms or more will be viewed as group bookings.
Group bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days (minuit) prior to the date of arrival.
Beyond this deadline, the total amount of the stay will be debited from the payment card. 
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be debited from the payment card.

Modifications, cancellations or no-shows for hotel apartment bookings

Your reservation for Apartments is firm and definitive. The total amount of your stay will be charged upon booking on the payment card and will be non-refundable.

The Apartment Hotelier is under the responsibility of the client for the duration of the stay, until the return of the keys .

All hotel apartment stays must be guaranteed by bank card. Payment will be made at the beginning of the stay.

An inventory of fixtures with the presence of both parties may be performed.

Any damage to the equipment, facilities and decoration of the apartment, as well as missing items, even if observed following the customer's departure, will be billed to the customer.

Your Stay

The room will be available as of 2 pm on the day of your arrival, your appartment will be available from 4 pm.
If you inform us of your earlier arrival,we will do our utmost to ensure that your room or your appartment is available.
The day of departure, we thank you for free your room 11 am and your appartment at 12 am.

You will be liable for any damage, even if it is observed following your departure.

Various communication equipment is provided – telephone, fax, computer, Wi-Fi connection – either free of charge or otherwise.
We will not be held liable for technical problems.
When you connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi, in accordance with applicable legislation, the URLs of websites consulted will be saved on a secure server for a one-year period.

The hotel is located in the town centre. If you arrive by car, please take care when parking, in particular on evenings before the market (Tuesday and Friday evenings).
The hotel will not be held liable for any parking fines received by guests.
An underground municipal car park is available beneath La Grand Place, at the applicable rate.

In the event of an error with the booking, on the part of the customer or the hotel, we will do our best to suggest a room in a hotel of an equivalent category and price.
In the event of an error on the part of the hotel, taxi costs, if necessary, and the difference in price of the rooms may be covered by the hotel, as compensation, but this sum may not exceed the total amount of the first night of your booked stay.
Such a decision will be made at the hotel's sole discretion.

We are attentive to the quality of your stay by continually improving our service and scrupulously ensuring the correct operation of equipment and facilities provided.
However, should you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to inform us.
In the event of a serious malfunction, the hotel may offer a goodwill gesture at its sole discretion.

Hotel Rules

Unless special agreement is given in writing, bills are payable to the hotel, in cash, during your stay.
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash in euros, except for €200 and 500 bills, for security reasons.
  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards

Bank cheques are not accepted.

If after contacting the hotel management no satisfactory solution was found within one month from the date the matter was raised the guest can exercise their right to escalate the matter to the Travel and Tourism mediator whose contact details can be found on his website www.mtv.travel.
